I hear something rattle around my engine. Hoping I just ran over something…but seconds later I lose control of the engine. My car starts to slow down and I pull over… On the hottest day ever. 92 degress with crazy humidity. I check the coolant and the antifrezze explodes. I barley avoid the burns. I am dripping in sweat. I thank myself for packing the car with more waterbottles than I ever thought I needed.

Thank god for my roadside assisstance. The car is towed to a mechanic. Only to be checked… For tommorow. I walk around palm city for hours and eventually return to my car which I sleep in after I inflate my matress which I only have because I was packing for burning man.

Waking up I wait 4 hours before getting my bill for $1500. And my car won’t be running till Monday. I decide it be best to ditch the car since it’s not even worth that much.

I pay for the services already done and wait for my poor sister who I vounteer to pick me up.

I have seen plenty and few. I have had my adventure in palm bay, more than anything I could get if I arrived in Orlando as planned. I love not knowing what is next. The joy in the unexpected is a joy unubtainble anywhere else.
