Arrival late night with cheeks and
Idaho, and Dan. Dan argues with cheek, he drives off into the night and we setup a tent and sleep.

Saturday – setup camp, unload most of Tazi.

Checkout roller disco. Off the rink I spot the cutest girl wearing only some black underwear and a top cut up right under her chest so any gust of wind shows her beautiful body. She smiles at me and I keep skating. The next lap i notice she is pulling her underwear down below her but. I then go over and meet Jessica, a nude model. I invite her for a playa adventure, and we bike around the man. because she just wants to be naked anyways I take off her shirt. We return to her trailer and get to know each other. Although she starts to think I stole her keys. I invite her to search me She eventually finds them outside.

Sunday

Bubbles arrives while I was hanging out with Tazi. We spend the night in 2o clock neighborhood by checking out this large art installation of boxes that light up.

Sunday night – drop acid with cheeks, walkabout with Collin and Susie. Collin tells me she is looking for a playa Romance since this is her first burn as a single women. Cheeks keep thinking its Monday. Many camps try to correct him.
I go to sit on some art and immeatly realize my mistake as there is nothing where I thought a seat was. My body finds backwards as I start to fall. Landing against the smooth wood curve was a relief. I thought my playa adventure was already over.
While resting before home reaching home a guy claiming to be DPW comes by and tells us to expect hail. Susie calls him out. Non of us believe him.
Monday – I hear someone comming through my tent door. Still fuzzy from the night before, I am so happy to see Christine smiling her face at me.
She jumps in my bed and almost suddenly a rain hits the playa. We cuddle up until the rain stops.
Stuck in our tents, Cheeks comes to the rescue with cardboard and some of us manage to have plastic bags to cover our feet. The playa turns to glue with water. I spend time at Tazi with whipits.

When the dries up I take Christine to the esplanade. Monday looks dead. The rain killed the crowds. Christine could be having more fun…
I get my back painted this ugly rainbow. Upon reaching camp I strip down and have Christine wash it off my back.
I worry about Clayton brining supplies. He was suppose to be arriving sat night…

I spend the afternoon on my new tent. I now have 3. One for sleeping. One for clothes. One for food.

Clayton arrives and it is joyous. He tells us about line camp and waiting Man. We help him setup.

The glitter team heading out with cheeks, we do Lucy and Molly. The night is full of laughs. We go down the sacrifice of a volcano and the multiple gateway drapes with Maddy.
Cheeks takes us to a chill spot and the couples. Devon my one chance in the group… I cant get Devon near me and once Devon gets massaged by Henry,…. cheeks massages me. It does feel great but I start getting weirded out. We leave the couples.

The rest of the night I am weirded out by my bud. I ask devon. ” want to excape with me?” Devon and I walk away from Henry and cheeks and walk home together. Only to find the rest of the team when we arrive. Awkwardtowm.

We head out in the morning to see the sunrise. We findthe perfect cardboard seats to live on for the show.

Tuesday – Jumping swinging netted trampoline with cheeks and glitter team.

Wednesday –

I find out that we are right next to Dr bronzes. This is an epic almost rumor type camp that I have never seen before.
I recruit the team, looking forward to seeing Devon and my cute nighboor Jaf who I invite to come with us. When we arrive, It’s a naked dance foam shower party. My eyes a covered with beauty. I undress with Jaf and we give each other big naked hugs. We get into the shower section together and are hosed in foam soap and encouraged to wash each other off. Jaf and I wash each other off. I go in , with devon and then a second shower with Racheal. I kiss and ask jaf if she is single after we dry off. Happy to hear she is.

first glitter of the week. Forced to try out glittering on G street, due to placement we do our best.
Clayton and I try to make a private glitter box inspired by doc bronzers camp. We get a small group but otherwise it’s looking like it will be more a glitter booth than a party. I decide what’s the point of Glittercamp if we don’t have rocken parties? I decide we need to move to 3o clock plaza.

The first glitter session is a hit. Bubbles Clayton cheeks and myself can’t get enough glitter out. I meet a girl named Ryan and she decides she will get naked if I do. We spend the next 20 min making sure either one of us has no lack of glitter.

Thursday night – All I remember is go to play chambers with girl from tiki.

Friday – I spend most my day on Friday at dr bronzers. a girl Susie with short hair, firm and tall. Totally my type. I meet her naked in Line and ask of she has a shower buddy. She says no and I tell her she can be mine. We hug. In line we kiss. While in the shower I help scrub her off and she helps me. We go in again since once isn’t enough. As we dance I cant help but hit her. 😉 She comes back to camp with me and I show her my new tent.
I plan to meet her at camp after sunset.

We glitter on the esplanade in a half dust storm. It’s a bit harder to get the party started but when we do its beautiful. Even Scott London comes by to take some shots. I like this one girl BB but she’s a lesbian. Another glitter girl comes back for shower and to play.
Shower Susie never returns and I have an early night. At least the last 24 hours have been very playful for me

Saturday –
To the temple with Glittercamp.

Henry and I split with the group and head to foux mirage. I was the second group in and the last out with devon. I even get to see and say hi to Jenna from NYC. I come back from the Dr’s very drunk.

Rachel, Greyson, Clayton, Henry, mad dog decide to join the glitter. It’s already windy and I’m about to pass out so I take some Molly. Glittering in this dust storm is crazier than any glitter I have ever done. I can’t get a single person to join but Rachel in her amazing toplessness can bring in guys even in a near white out!

We are all going out to watch the man burn. Needing a pee break leabe the group with Rachel. She talks about her time at orgy dome and I get half invited to join her. On the way back I kiss her. Half of me thinks we should escape to watch the man burn. But l like Greyson and decide against it.

The man starts to burn and I miss Salume. Wanting her by my side makes the man burn very somber. The rest of the night we do all our drugs. Off boobs and such. I do my best to not think of Salume.

Sunday –

I wake up missing Salume. Sad my whole week is nearly over. I search again for my burner map. Couldn’t find it earlier in the week. I search again. Turns out it was in my backpack all along.

I find out she is close and I go searching. I must be stupid. I tell Devon I am on a “stupid adventure”

I get close to her area and I hear LCD sound system. Her jam, then I see the back of a short haired girl in a green tent. I freeze up and ride past. I ride past again seeing if she noticed me. I finally get the courage to go up to her tent and say hi. She looks as cute as ever. I ask if she wants to walk with me and she agrees. We climb to the top of some lookout meditation structure in the outer skirts of the city I have been waiting to check out all week. I cry a bit with Salume. We walk to Tazi and hold each other for the first time in months. The feeling is intoxicating.
She agrees to meet me at 6pm and I let her go back to camp. I get to her place and she’s rdy to go. And even in a good mood the sun is setting and we head out to deep playa and I realize these are my moments at the burn. I find an art cars shade to hide in. Salume lies on me, orange light hits her face and I know I will remember this moment forever. Salume tells me this isn’t really happening. It’s just the man. I realize this is my favorite moment of the burn is the time with her. I realize then that I made a huge mistake breaking up with her. She is my partner in crime, my best friend. The moment is both incredible and awful.

She says she has to go back to camp and she agrees to meet me before the temple maybe.. She says wait at my camp for 20 min. Otherwise go without her. I wait, I wait, my group leaves. I wait, I see the fire in the sky from the temple as it starts to burn. I wait hoping against hope. Eventually even I give up on watching the temple with the one I care about. My heart cries.

Christine leaves, Clayton and team leave. 2am.

Monday – packing up what’s left with bubbles. She leaves with her Jonny.

I take a lot of honey from cheeks and think about her and the past 3 months.
I head out and take a moment to stop by the Love statue. I hope I’m not to late.
I spend the night at camp. Very cold and alone.

Tuesday – I moop camp and notice just how many people are left around. Quite a bit.
Jen and I wait all morning for Idaho. By the time she’s done jens pissed…
Her frustration is worse when Idaho has to stop for things falling off her car.
Jen eventually drives off pissed at everyone including me for making her miss the primid lake swim.

She drops me off at the hotel. I end up sleeping the whole time in cheeks and Susie’s room.

Wednesday – I can’t wait to get back home and see Salume.
I spend the day at the pool with cheeks and Idaho. For the first time I feel no desire to meet any of the girls st the pool. I spend as much time alone as I can. I leave the pool to go to the arcade.
I go see guardians of the galaxy.

Thursday – sept 4th my birthday. I fly all day from the early morning.
Finally arriving in NYC at night. I contact Salume and she will see me. Joy. We meetup and I get to spend my birthday with her and its the best way I can imagine my birthday. We just walk around Bushwick. Just hearing her laugh warns my heart.
But the way she lets me leave….. It’s going to be a long cold winter.
